Brightline Interactive faces possible delisting from NASDAQ
Brightline Interactive received a written notice from NASDAQ about a possible delisting because the closing price of its common stock has been below the $1.00 minimum for more than 30 trading days. The company had until September 9, 2026 to meet the requirement, which it did not.
