Netfonds: IT board member Dietgar Völzke leaves, Steinmeyer takes over on an interim basis

Dietgar Völzke will leave the Netfonds executive board effective 4 September 2026 by mutual agreement. Völzke had announced that he did not intend to continue his role beyond 28 February 2027; the supervisory board and executive board thank him for his contribution, in particular for building the finfire platform. The supervisory board of Netfonds appoints Christian Hammer as a member of the executive board effective 1 January 2026; his mandate has a minimum term of three years. Hammer will remain managing director of the liability umbrella NFS and will assume board responsibility for investment, regulatory affairs and compliance.
