Nokia Oyj rated buy by B. Riley despite Q2 operating loss
B. Riley initiated coverage of Nokia Oyj with a Buy rating and $15 price target, citing strength in telecom infrastructure and surging AI and cloud sales. Nokia reported AI and cloud order intake of EUR 2.8 billion and sales to those customers rose 105% year-over-year, but posted a EUR 50 million operating loss in Q2 and negative free cash flow of EUR 732 million. The company has accelerated restructuring and now expects EUR 800 million of related charges in 2026, leaving near-term profitability under pressure despite revenue momentum in its data center and networking businesses. » More on finance.yahoo.com

Nokia recovers after sell-off – Rosenblatt upgrade and return to Euro STOXX 50 drive share price
Nokia shares rose about 2.6% in pre-market trading after having lost more than 13% the previous day. Rosenblatt Securities initiated coverage with a buy recommendation (“Buy”) and a $15 price target, citing strong growth in the optical networks division (+20% year-on-year) and more than doubled AI/cloud revenues; order intake in the segment was €2.8bn. In addition, the reinstatement to the Euro STOXX 50 on 21 September is expected to trigger passive buying. The broader market is offering little support at present, so the recovery is largely company-specific. » More on de.investing.com
