Lars Boesgaard submitted his resignation as CFO effective September 12, 2026; his departure is not related to any disagreements over the company’s business operations. The board appointed Janetta Trochimiuk as acting head of accounting and CEO Dr. Frank Bedu-Addo as acting chief financial officer, both positions effective September 12, 2026.
