Regeneron highlights EYLEA HD momentum, Dupixent growth and upcoming pipeline catalysts
Regeneron reported double-digit revenue and earnings growth with EYLEA HD comprising ~60% of EYLEA franchise sales and expected low- to mid-teens sequential demand growth in Q3 and Q4 despite biosimilar pressure. Dupixent is annualizing at about $24 billion and Libtayo grew over 30% year-over-year, strengthening position in U.S. lung cancer. Management flagged near-term catalysts including an FDA decision for cemdisiran in generalized myasthenia gravis in November, PNH data in Q4, Phase III and Phase II readouts in Factor XI and MASH programs, and melanoma data later this year. The company repurchased roughly $2 billion of stock in H1 and continues to prioritize pipeline funding, business development, dividends and buybacks. » More on finance.yahoo.com
Regeneron continues to rely on Dupixent for growth and advances pipeline and production expansion
Regeneron sees Dupixent as its main growth driver and expects about USD 22 billion for its US business in 2026, assuming a market penetration of roughly 15–20% in atopic dermatitis. EYLEA HD is gaining market share in the anti‑VEGF segment, while biosimilars are likely to intensify competition in 2026/2027. Key pipeline milestones include cemdisiran with an FDA decision for generalized myasthenia gravis in November 2026 and PNH and GA data at the end of 2026; several DUPIXENT follow‑on programs are planned. Regeneron is expanding production capacity in northern New York and is prioritizing capital allocation for internal research, selective acquisitions and share buybacks. » More on de.investing.com
American Century sells Regeneron, cites limited upside from sluggish commercialization
American Century Investments' Focused Dynamic Growth Fund disclosed it sold its Regeneron position, saying longstanding confidence in the company's research platform has been undermined by weak commercialization of its macular degeneration treatment and limited appreciation potential. The fund redeployed proceeds into names it views as having better upside, amid a quarter where growth and AI stocks led performance while healthcare lagged. Hedge fund ownership of Regeneron also declined slightly quarter‑over‑quarter. » More on finance.yahoo.com
