The company said Q2 organic growth was 13% (14% before duty refunds), raised its full-year guidance to 10.5–13.5%, and cited adjusted core growth of about 16%. Management sees drivers in Protein A resins, process analytics, chromatography, a recovery in China/APAC, and opportunities in mRNA, cell therapies and AI-supported instruments. The planned acquisition of BioLife Solutions is expected to deliver economies of scale, lift synergies by $20 million in the first year, and support the path to $1 billion in revenue by 2027 and a 30% EBITDA margin by 2030. » More on de.investing.com
