Schloss Wachenheim prepares switch of stock listing from General Standard to Scale segment
The management board of Schloss Wachenheim, with the supervisory board’s approval, has decided to prepare the transfer of its share listing from the regulated market (General Standard) to the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The plan is to apply for the withdrawal of admission to the regulated market and simultaneously arrange inclusion in Scale, subject to fulfillment of all prerequisites. Management says Scale, as an SME growth market, better fits the company’s size and capital market orientation and that regulatory requirements and costs in the regulated market are no longer appropriate; the tradability of the shares is not expected to be restricted. » More on finanzen.net
