Stria Lithium closes US$12-million financing, acquires 1% NSR on Mt Henry and renames itself

Stria Lithium placed 16 million shares at CAD 0.75 and raised US$12 million; it also issued 4 million non-transferable warrants. The company paid A$5 million and issued 4 million shares for a 1% Net Smelter Return (NSR) on the Mt Henry gold project and holds an option to acquire an additional 1% NSR for A$10 million. Stria announces it will be renamed Arc Mineral Royalties (ticker ARO) and appoints Adam Davidson as CEO and Tyron Rees as VP Corporate Development.
