Tonnellerie Francois Freres reports sharp profit decline and cuts dividend
Tonnellerie Francois Freres saw revenue fall 26.5% to €312.7m in the year to 30 April 2026 and net profit plunge 71.1% to €9.2m; EBITDA dropped 40.4%. TFF Group records 71% profit decline and cuts dividend
TFF Group reported for the fiscal year to April 30 a revenue decline of 26.5% to €312.7m and a net profit down 71.1% to €9.2m; EBITDA fell by 40.4%. Weak global wine and spirits markets, a poor harvest, lower customer spending, US tariffs and a weaker US dollar weighed on results; the bourbon and Scotch businesses were particularly hard hit. Management expects further, but more moderate, weakness in activity for 2026/27 and proposes cutting the annual dividend from €0.50 to €0.40 per share. The stock fell sharply in Paris trading and underperformed the market. » More on de.investing.com
