TFI International highlights 23-year track record, quarterly profit falls
TFI International released its investor materials for Q1 2026 and emphasized its long-term growth record, although adjusted diluted earnings per share fell to $0.69 and revenue was $1.7 billion (flat excluding fuel surcharges). The less‑than‑truckload (LTL) segment (40% of revenue) experienced operational issues, while logistics and full‑truckload grew; management expects improvement from Q2 and positive momentum in the second half of the year. The presentation highlighted strong long-term metrics such as high FCF conversion rates, a disciplined acquisition strategy and a robust balance sheet with leverage below covenant levels, while noting risks in LTL performance and integrations. » More on de.investing.com
