TKH Group: adjusted EBITA 2025 slightly down, ramp-up in Eemshaven delayed
TKH Group reports adjusted EBITA of €189.5m for 2025 (-7% year-on-year). In the fourth quarter adjusted EBITA rose to €70.5m on organic revenue growth of 8.7% and an EBITA margin of 14.6%.
