Vishay has introduced the new XFD11KxxCA series with 15 bidirectional TVS diodes in the surface-mount DO-218AC package, available in both commercial and AEC‑Q101-qualified versions. The devices provide a peak pulse power rating of 11 kW (10/1000 μs), peak pulse currents up to 207.1 A and clamping voltages from 40.6 V to 104.0 V, suitable for 12 V, 24 V and 48 V onboard networks. The diodes are specified for −55 °C to +175 °C, are RoHS-compliant, halogen-free, and feature low leakage currents and high surge robustness. Applications include driver assistance systems, autonomous vehicle controllers, on-board chargers, DC/DC converters, traction inverters and battery management systems; samples and production quantities are available with approximately a 12‑week lead time. » More on de.investing.com

Vishay has introduced the inductive absolute position sensor RAIK045I MP, offering 16-bit resolution, at least 14-bit repeatability and support for rotational speeds up to 10,000 rpm. The 45 mm diameter, 6.6 mm thin sensor provides absolute accuracy of ≥10 bit (≈0.35°), operates from -40 °C to +125 °C and comes standard with an SPI output (sin/cos on request). The sensor is aimed at robotics, motor drives, automated guided vehicles, wind power, drones and other industrial applications; the inductive technology reduces interference from external magnetic fields. Vishay has introduced CHEP series thin-film chip resistors in 0402 and 0603 sizes, offering nominal power ratings up to 1.8 W and 2.8 W respectively (depending on mounting) on aluminum nitride (AlN) substrates. The parts support frequencies up to 50 GHz (0402 flip-chip) and up to 40 GHz (0603), feature very low LC values, and are available in resistance values from 20 Ω to 120 Ω with tolerances down to ±1%. Target markets include telecommunications, 5G/6G infrastructure, satellites, aerospace, and defense.
