Worthington Steel agrees control and profit transfer agreement with Klöckner

Worthington Steel, through its subsidiary Worthington Steel GmbH, has signed a control and profit transfer agreement with Klöckner & Co. The agreement follows a voluntary takeover offer and the delisting of Klöckner shares; it will take effect after shareholder approval and other steps, no earlier than January 1, 2027.
