Bonterra Resources repays C$5m credit facility early

Bonterra Resources has fully repaid in cash a non-revolving C$5m credit facility before its maturity date. A total of C$5,361,469.86 was settled, including accrued interest and a C$100,000 standby fee. The facility had been provided by Wexford Capital LP and carried interest of 8% p.a. plus term-SOFR; the repayment was funded from a rights offering. The original proceeds were used to compensate shareholders for taxes from earlier flow-through private placements and to fund qualifying exploration expenditures on the Desmaraisville project. » More on de.investing.com
