Lisata Therapeutics has entered a global, non-exclusive license agreement with Catalent granting Catalent rights to use the cyclic iRGD peptide Certepetid for antibody–drug conjugates within the SMARTag-ADC platform. Regeneron expects FDA decision on higher-dose Eylea in fourth quarter
An inspection at manufacturer Catalent initially delayed the U.S. approval process for a higher-dose Eylea. Novo Nordisk (after acquiring Catalent) provided comprehensive responses to the FDA in early August 2025, according to Regeneron. Regeneron expects the production issues to be resolved quickly and for the FDA to rule on the applications in the fourth quarter, which gave the stock a strong boost and also lifted Scholar Rock. Analysts view the earlier timing of the decision as positive for Regeneron. » More on deraktionaer.de
