Figma launches AI offensive at Goldman Sachs conference and cuts prices to win users
Figma announced at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference 2026 a broader AI integration, including Code Layers, Figma Agent and expanded Figma Make features, aiming to make the workspace the central platform for design and development. The company partially cut prices for Figma Make credits by roughly 50% to prioritize volume growth over near-term margin gains. Management highlighted advantages from multiplayer context and customer data but still sees quality issues with frontier models and uncertainty in gross-margin trends over the next six months. The stock closed at $22.75, down 5.68% intraday. » More on de.investing.com

Figma stock rose about 12% as investors unwind the view that AI is a structural threat to design tools and instead see it as a growth driver. The move follows Figma raising its annual revenue forecast and the CEO pushing back on obsolescence claims after demand for AI-powered design. Shares are rebounding from a 28% YTD decline, so caution is advised until gains hold and further company updates confirm a durable re-rating. » More on finance.yahoo.com
Figma stock falls sharply after quarterly results despite record revenue
Figma reported a second-quarter revenue increase of 48% to $370.1 million, but recorded a widened GAAP net loss of $112.2 million, mainly due to higher sales and marketing costs around the user conference Config. GAAP gross margin remained at 84%; on a non-GAAP basis the company produced operating income of $36.1 million. For the third quarter Figma forecasts $373–375 million in revenue (around 36% growth), but raised its full-year guidance to $1.463–1.467 billion, after which investors complained about a slowdown in the growth pace. » More on finanzen.net
