General Dynamics secured two contracts from the US Department of Defense totaling $248.9 million. NASSCO in San Diego received a fixed-price contract with performance incentives worth $149.6 million for maintenance, modernization and repair of the USS Pinckney (DDG 91), with options up to $149.9 million and completion expected by September 2028. General Dynamics received a cost-plus-fixed-fee modification worth $194,139,485 from the U.S. Department of Defense for work on the nuclear-capable, sea-launched cruise missile program. The change expands a previously awarded, unpriced letter contract and includes technical and engineering support for the fire control system. Work will be performed 75% in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, and 25% in Manassas, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by September 30, 2028.
