Herbalife announces $250 million share buyback program
Herbalife has approved a three-year share buyback program of $250 million that includes open-market repurchases, privately negotiated transactions and accelerated share repurchase agreements. The board of directors views the move as an expression of confidence in the business strategy, the financial outlook and the company’s ability to generate sustainable free cash flow. Herbalife confirms outlook for third quarter and full year 2026
Herbalife reconfirms the guidance given on August 5 and continues to expect year-over-year net sales growth for both Q3 and full-year 2026 on a reported and currency-adjusted basis. For Q3 the company forecasts net sales growth of 0.5–4.5% (reported) and 1.5–5.5% (currency-adjusted), adjusted EBITDA of $160–180 million and capital expenditures of $15–25 million. For full-year 2026 it expects net sales growth of 2.5–5.5%, adjusted EBITDA of $670–690 million (reported) and $690–710 million (currency-adjusted), and CapEx of $50–70 million.
