Kimberly Clark: growth strategy unveiled, short-term headwinds hit Q3
At the Barclays conference Kimberly Clark presented the "Powering Care" strategy focused on innovation, margin control, the Arbex joint venture and the planned acquisition of Kenvue to expand in consumer-health categories. Management still sees volume and mix growth and reduced earnings volatility, but expects revenue and EPS declines in the current quarter due to weakness in China, delayed product launches, disruptions in the professional business and higher freight costs. Arbex is expected to halve dependence on fiber-price volatility and provide funds for the Kenvue acquisition; the 2025 annual guidance remains intact and the targets for 2027/2028 are being maintained. » More on de.investing.com
Kimberly-Clark extends 54-year dividend raise streak and yields 4.6%
Kimberly-Clark reported a 54th consecutive annual dividend increase, trading at $108.68 with a 4.62% yield and a $5.12 forward annual dividend. Management cites strong cash generation—Q1 FY26 operating cash flow of $745M and expanded adjusted gross margin to 38.8%—supporting durable payout coverage. Risks include a China social media campaign denting diaper sales and integration challenges from the pending Kenvue-related transactions. » More on finance.yahoo.com
