News Corp highlights digitalization, strong cash-flow management and AI strategy at Citi conference

At the Global TMT Conference 2026, News Corp presented an increasingly digital business model with 61% recurring and 61% digital revenues. In fiscal 2026, EBITDA rose 15% on a 7% revenue increase and free cash flow grew 40%, after which the company expanded share buybacks to $643m. Management named Dow Jones B2B, the digital real-estate business and HarperCollins as the main growth drivers and is targeting roughly $1bn of EBITDA at Dow Jones by 2030.
