Prologis will pay a cash dividend of $1.07 per common share for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. Prologis falls after $18.8 billion takeover offer for SEGRO and accompanying capital raise
Prologis shares fell about 3% after the company announced a recommended $18.8 billion takeover of SEGRO and a simultaneous capital raise. SEGRO shareholders will receive 0.0920 new Prologis shares per share; a partial cash option is capped at roughly £3.5 billion, meaning many new shares will be issued. Prologis is also placing 15 million common shares (gross proceeds ~ $2.1 billion) with a 30‑day overallotment option; J.P. Morgan and BofA Securities are joint bookrunners.
