ProMIS Neurosciences stock rose 16.1% in premarket trading after the presentation of six‑month, blinded interim results from the phase‑1b PRECISE‑AD study of PMN310. Among 136 patients there were no ARIA‑E cases; the overall incidence of ARIA was 4.4% and was limited to mild, asymptomatic microbleeds. There were no treatment‑related serious adverse events or study‑related discontinuations.
