SK Hynix considers Intel as manufacturing partner for HBM4E base dies
SK Hynix is considering outsourcing production of the base dies for its next HBM generation, HBM4E, to Intel Foundry in addition to TSMC to reduce supply‑chain risks and gain leverage in cost and capacity negotiations. The move would enable multi‑vendor manufacturing and greater price and delivery certainty; the scope and timing of any collaboration are still open.
