Teladoc reports revenue decline and cuts annual forecast – stock falls sharply

Teladoc reported Q2 revenue of $606.9 million, missing the analyst consensus of about $615 million, while adjusted EPS of -$0.21 beat expectations. Consumer segment BetterHelp shrank 12% to $212.6 million. For Q3 management expects revenue of $569–609 million and lowered the full-year guidance to $2.36–2.45 billion (previously $2.48–2.58 billion), which weighed heavily on the stock in premarket trading.
