Xanadu has signed a binding agreement with the government of Canada for C$195 million from the Strategic Response Fund to support the build-out of manufacturing facilities for photonic quantum computers. The grant completes the federal share of potential financing of up to C$390 million that was announced in March 2026 for the OPTIMISM project.
