Lenovo introduced the 14-inch Project AeroBlade concept at IFA 2026, an ultra-thin (under 10mm) and lightweight (about 830g) ThinkBook that uses Frore’s AirJet piezoelectric solid-state cooling instead of traditional fans. The design enables active, near-silent cooling with no bottom vents and reduced dust ingress, and the demo unit uses an Intel Lunar Lake chip, Thunderbolt 4, Wi‑Fi 7 and an OLED display. Lenovo announced the IdeaPad Vibe, a 14- and 15-inch productivity laptop starting at $700 with AMD Ryzen AI 400-series and Qualcomm Snapdragon X options (available Oct and Nov) and Intel models to follow. The Vibe features seven color choices, optional touchscreen OLED on select colors, an all-metal chassis, USB‑C charging, two USB‑C and two USB‑A ports, microSD reader and user-accessible dual‑slot SSDs.
