Aberdeen Asia Focus and Saba agree three-year standstill obligation

Aberdeen Asia Focus has reached a three-year agreement with Saba Capital Management under which Saba will not submit proposals, call general meetings, attempt to change the board of directors, or seek to influence policy and management. Saba also undertakes to follow the board’s recommendations at general meetings and not to short the shares; trading in the shares is otherwise permitted.
