All For One-Group committees recommend acceptance of €67.50 takeover offer from Vinci Energies

The supervisory board and management board of All For One-Group consider Vinci Energies’ cash offer of €67.50 per share to be fair and appropriate; this is confirmed by a fairness opinion from investment bank Parkview Partners. The offer values All For One at about €336 million and represents a premium of 94.5% over the closing price on July 15.
