Ampco-Pittsburgh reports return to profit, shares rise

Ampco-Pittsburgh posted net income of $1.5 million, or $0.07 per share, in the second quarter of 2026 on revenue of $102.9 million, after the company had reported a loss in the year-ago period. Adjusted EBITDA rose 22% to $9.8 million and the EBITDA margin improved markedly to 9.5%. Customer orders climbed about 50% to $144 million and the order backlog grew 12%.
