Ares Management beats Q3 2025 expectations, stock rises nearly 8%

Ares Management reported Q3 2025 EPS of $1.19 vs. $1.15 expected and revenue of $1.07bn vs. $1.06bn expected. Management fees rose to a record $971m (+28% y/y) and fee-related revenues grew 39% to $471m; assets under management stood at $595bn. The stock rose 7.96% in pre-market trading to $160.55.
