Atea posts record profit in Q1 2026 thanks to strong hardware demand
Atea reported its highest quarterly profit in company history for Q1 2026: net profit rose 140% to NOK 389m on a gross revenue of NOK 14.8bn and net sales of NOK 9.7bn. Drivers were primarily strong hardware sales (+18.9% to NOK 6.8bn) and a one-off gain of NOK 152m from the partial sale of the stake in AppXite SIA; adjusted EBIT was NOK 324m (+15.4% y/y). All geographic markets grew, led by Norway and the Baltics, while the company maintains a strong balance sheet and negative net debt. Atea increases Q4 profit by 35.7% and wins NATO contract
Atea reported a 35.7% increase in net profit for Q4 2025 to NOK 333 million on gross revenue of NOK 17.8 billion; EBIT before restructuring rose 23.7% to NOK 488 million. Atea increases Q2 revenue by 14.4% thanks to focus on AI and defense
Atea reports Q2 2025 gross revenue of NOK 16.8bn (+14.4%), IFRS revenue of NOK 9.1bn (+9.1%), EBIT of NOK 268m (+10.4%) and net profit of NOK 157m (+13.3%). Strong growth was driven mainly by software (+19.6%) and Denmark (+27.1%), while Finland saw declines. Operating cash flow was -NOK 111m, weighed down by higher inventories of school PCs; debt remains very low at NOK 440m with a net/debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 0.2.
