Ayala Corporation exits Honda dealership business in the Philippines to focus on EVs

Ayala Corporation said its ACMobility unit will transfer its Honda dealership network, operated by Iconic Dealership Inc, to new dealer principals by the end of 2025 as it pivots toward electric vehicles. The move ends a more than three-decade partnership with Honda and follows ACMobility's recent exits from Volkswagen and Maxus distribution deals.
