Azitra has agreed with an institutional investor on a private placement of $1.5 million to acquire 4,687,500 common shares and warrants for up to a further 4,687,500 shares at an effective price of $0.32 per share. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.32 and expire five years after shareholder approval; closing is expected on Tuesday subject to customary conditions.
