Belysse Group: revenue down 7.1% in 2025, debt weighs on stock

Belysse Group reported a 7.1% revenue decline in 2025 to EUR 254.2m; the US segment Bentley Mills fell 7% and the European business Modulyss fell 12.2%. Adjusted EBITDA dropped 19% to EUR 34.4m, the margin fell to 13.5%, and net debt stands at EUR 128.6m (net leverage 4.2x). Despite a liquid position of EUR 83.8m and progress on sustainability measures, the release pushed the stock down to EUR 0.68 (-1.45%).
