CEWE boosts profitability after sale of commercial online printing
CEWE reports a H1 2026 revenue increase of 3.6% to €298 million, but EBIT shows a loss of €1.7 million due to transaction costs. The earlier closing of the sale of Commercial Online Printing, analysts say, improves group margins and is expected to generate a significant disposal gain in Q3 2026. Shortly afterwards CEWE announced the acquisition of KODAK MOMENTS Retail Photo Solutions; closing is expected in H1 2027 and should make CEWE the No. 1 in instant photo retail in Europe. GSC Research raises its price target to €146 and affirms the "buy" rating. » More on finanzen.net
