Lemanik loses attribution of voting rights in Cherry after sale of a subsidiary

Lemanik Holding S.A. reports losing the attribution of voting rights in Cherry following the sale of its subsidiary Lemanik Asset Management S.A., which has been renamed Fundsight S.A. As a result, the previously reported stake is no longer attributable to Lemanik; the sold entity still holds between 5% and 10% of Cherry’s voting rights. Cherry successfully completes rights issue of 9.72 million shares

Cherry placed 9,720,000 new bearer shares at a subscription price of EUR 1.04 per share in the rights issue approved on 12 June 2026, fully subscribed. Cherry SE reports preliminary, unaudited adjusted group EBITDA for H1 2026 of -4.0 million euros (H1 2025: -10.2 million euros excluding Active Key sale). Revenue fell to 40.0 million euros (H1 2025: 45.5 million euros excluding Active Key). The company attributes the improvement in adjusted EBITDA to a 12.3 percentage-point increase in gross margin and a cost base reduced by 7.0 million euros.
