China Natural Resources has signed a non-binding letter of intent with major shareholder Feishang Group to acquire a subsidiary that will hold a 59.79% stake in HooRii Technology (HK). The proposed transaction is estimated at USD 37–40 million and is to be financed with cash and the issuance of new shares, roughly seven times CHNR’s current market capitalization.
