Sale of UK assets drives CK Infrastructure profit up 389%
CK Infrastructure posted a net profit of HK$21,252 million in the first half of 2026, up 389% year on year, mainly due to disposal gains from UK Power Networks and UK Rails. The sale of its stake in UK Power Networks generated proceeds of HK$44,631 million and a gain of HK$11,208 million. The board announced an interim dividend of HK$0.75 per share; payment date is 23 September 2026 for shareholders registered on 10 September 2026.
