CloudCoCo postpones annual general meeting to 11 May

CloudCoCo changes the date and time of its annual general meeting; instead of 28 April the meeting will now be held on 11 May at 12:00 p.m. at the offices of DAC Beachcroft in London. CloudCoCo: shareholders approve capital restructuring

The shareholders of CloudCoCo approved a reorganisation of the share capital at the general meeting. The company is issuing 706,215,686 new ordinary shares and an equal number of new subordinated shares; the change only affects the nominal value and shareholders' percentage holdings remain unchanged. Trading of the new shares on AIM is due to begin on 30 March 2026. CloudCoCo plans £275,000 capital raise to fund Project Brightstar

The CloudCoCo Group announces the issue of 229,166,666 new ordinary shares at 0.12 pence each to raise about £275,000 (net roughly £260,000). Chairman Simon Duckworth and Lady Caroline Duckworth are jointly subscribing for £210,000 of shares; a further £65,000 comes from three private investors.
