CVC Corp misses Q1 forecasts, shares fall sharply

CVC Corp reported Q1 2026 revenue of 365 million BRL, missing the expectation of 395.85 million BRL (-7.79%); earnings per share also came in below forecasts. EBITDA fell to 94 million BRL (-10.5%) and the adjusted net loss amounted to 63.1 million BRL. CVC Corp Q4 2025: EBITDA rises 18% despite missed quarterly revenue

CVC Corp reported a consolidated EBITDA increase of 17.8% to R$458.6m for Q4/2025, with an annual margin of 31.8%, although quarterly revenue of R$362.1m missed the R$394.24m forecast. Adjusted net income more than doubled to R$67m, confirmed bookings rose 16% to R$2.3bn, and the branch network grew to 1,646 locations. Operating cash flow increased to R$412.8m, net debt fell to R$101.8m, and the stock gained 1.04% after the results.
