cyrela brazil realty misses q2 forecasts despite strong cash generation

Cyrela Brazil Realty reported Q2 EPS of $1.04 versus $1.11 expected and revenue of 2.48 billion BRL against 2.49 billion BRL forecast. Gross margin remained stable at 34.4% and operating cash generation rose to 272 million BRL for the quarter (406 million BRL H1). Management sees the Vivaz segment as the main driver but warns of continued volatility in the product mix and higher construction costs; Q3 is expected to deliver neutral to slightly positive cash generation.
