DATAGROUP plans dividend of EUR 0.04 per share

The management board of DATAGROUP proposes to the 2026 annual general meeting to pay a dividend of EUR 0.04 per dividend‑bearing ordinary share from the balance sheet profit for 2024/2025; the remainder is to be carried forward. The parent company's balance sheet profit amounts to EUR 109,208,011.22. The proposal is in line with the new dividend policy, under which profits are to be primarily reinvested to finance investments in AI, cyber security, cloud and the scaling of the CORBOX business; the decision is subject to the approval of the supervisory board and the ordinary annual general meeting. » More on finanzen.net

DATAGROUP has successfully implemented the digital BAföG e-file at the Studierendenwerk Gießen, completing the third rollout in Hesse.
