DF Deutsche Forfait: share-price surge without fundamental explanation and supervisory board in crisis
DF Deutsche Forfait’s share rose massively since the start of the year from around €0.93 to as high as €17.50 without any material operational news. At the same time, the supervisory board is unable to act after the resignation of Dr. Ludolf von Wartenberg; management intends to apply for a court appointment procedure under §104 AktG. Operationally, the company reported high-volume trade finance but declining EBT due to costs for diversification into Food & Beverage and Health & Pharma. Market participants are discussing speculative drivers in forums, up to a possible “pump-and-dump” scenario. » More on finanzen.net

DF Deutsche Forfait: gross profit rises, profit before tax well below prior year
DF Deutsche Forfait publishes preliminary figures for H1 2025: revenues and transaction volume in the trade finance segment increased, and gross profit climbed by around 23% to EUR 5.8 million. Group profit before tax fell to EUR 1.1 million (previous year EUR 2.0 million), driven by higher personnel and other operating expenses related to new subsidiaries. The management board adjusts guidance: slightly higher transaction volume, expected gross profit still +15–25%, and now an expected decline in EBT of about 50% year‑on‑year due to start‑up and investment costs in the new DF Vagabund and DF Blutplasma segments. » More on finanzen.net
