DocCheck reports preliminary 2025 results: revenue and EBIT rise

DocCheck expects 2025 revenue of between €55.1 million and €55.4 million (previous year: €53.8 million) and EBIT of €7.8 million to €8.1 million (previous year: €6.6 million), putting EBIT above the most recently adjusted forecast. The cause is a better-than-expected business performance in the fourth quarter of 2025. Cash and cash equivalents fell to €14.5 million (previous year: €17.0 million); earnings per share cannot yet be quantified. The DocCheck Group generated revenue of €39.7 million in the first nine months of 2025 (previous year: €37.5 million) and an EBIT of €5.5–5.8 million (previous year: €3.5 million).
