  • Eiffage reports weak start to 2026 due to weather and project delays

Eiffage had a subdued start to Q1 2026; revenues were 1.3% below consensus. Results were weighed down by timing staggers in international infrastructure projects and weather-related weakness in energy systems, while the construction division grew 5% on a like-for-like basis. The order backlog rose to around 17.5 months and the company confirmed its operating guidance, but warned of possible impacts from an escalation in the Middle East.
