Emerald Horizon announces that the total number of voting rights as of the end of June 2026 is 1,049,375. The share capital amounts to EUR 1,049,375.00 and is divided into 1,049,375 bearer ordinary shares with a nominal amount of EUR 1.00 per share. Emerald Horizon: Florian Wagner commits to further equity financing of EUR 20 million

Chairman and majority shareholder Florian Wagner will provide Emerald Horizon with an additional EUR 20 million in equity over two years in four equal tranches of EUR 5 million each. The funds are to be raised by issuing new shares from authorized capital with the subscription rights excluded; the subscription price will be based on the volume-weighted average price of the last 30 trading days prior to drawdown. Co-investments by, among others, Philipp Pölzl and new investor Carl Page are planned.
