Enero Group boosts profit and margins in 2026, shares fall 22%

Enero Group reported an adjusted net profit increase of 54% to AUD 6.4m for fiscal 2026 and EBITDA growth of 9%; group EBITDA margin rose to 11.8%. The company closed with net cash of AUD 24.5m but reported a statutory net loss of AUD 37.4m due to non‑cash impairments and restructuring costs. Shares fell 22% to a 52‑week low after the release, as investors were mainly concerned about revenue pressure and the outlook for Hotwire and ROI‑DNA.
