Evolent Health beats Q2 expectations, raises full-year guidance and targets strong 2027 growth
Evolent Health reported adjusted EPS of $0.02 (expectation: -$0.01) and revenue of $652.5 million versus a consensus of $597.5 million; the stock rose 27.3% in premarket trading. Evolent Health forecasts contract implementations and financial targets with 7–10% EBITDA margin
At the Oppenheimer conference, CFO Mario Ramos outlined Evolent Health’s priorities: Aetna implementations are complete, and Highmark remains on schedule for May 1. The company expects sequential EBITDA improvements, targets margins of 7% to 10% for Enhanced Performance Suite contracts, and projects roughly $20 million EBITDA in each of Q1/Q2 2026, with a possible increase of $10–50 million in H2 and a Q4 run rate of about $150 million.
