Gattaca grants CEO and CFO stock options under long-term incentive plan
Gattaca has allocated 270,000 conditional shares to CEO Matthew Wragg and 206,000 to CFO Oliver Whittaker from its 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan. The allocation vests free of charge on the third anniversary of grant and is subject to continued employment and performance measures through 31 July 2028. Fifty percent of the awards are tied to earnings per share targets, 35% to total shareholder return performance; the remainder depends on staff turnover and gender diversity in senior roles. Wragg and Whittaker each sold 20,000 ordinary shares on 16 December to cover tax liabilities arising from the exercise of options. » More on de.investing.com
