Gea highlighted, but German listed companies slow their pace on climate protection

An analysis in Right’s Whatif report shows that progress by German publicly traded companies on emissions reductions slowed in 2025, partly due to shifting priorities and a difficult economic environment. Only ten of the reporting corporations follow a Paris-aligned investment path, while more companies show worse metrics than last year; the median projection is 1.8 degrees.
